This month, BitFire Networks celebrated its second anniversary since it opened its doors in July, 2020. As we reflect back on the last two years, we could not be more proud of of everything we have accomplished.

We hit a home run alongside MLBN for the 2022 MLB Draft

BitFire was honored to help power the television production of the MLB Draft for the second year in a row.

For this year's MLB Draft we provided a unique combination of our web based FireBridge platform and BitFire Engines to help connect live remote feeds with both of the league’s broadcast partners MLBN and ESPN. With more than 50 live feeds running through our network, BitFire helped to showcase the real time experience for all 30 teams and many of the top prospects chosen in this year’s draft!

We loved every minute of it and we are so happy to have had the opportunity for another year.

BIG NEWS: A new tax credit in Arizona

BitFire Studios was on fire in July

Our studios were graced with some awesome projects and guests this month. We worked with rodeo stars, MLB All-Stars, some returning clients, and some brand new ones.

A cool project we worked on included a commercial for the futuristic and innovative X-Chair with our friends at 3RDHOUSE Productions. We also created an incredible VR training environment for first responders throughout the country with our friends at Point in Time Studios.

BitFire has some incredible new projects on the horizon, and we can not wait to share them with you! Stay tuned for what's to come...

From scenic races, to softball fields, to ice cold rinks...

BitFire did it all!

As cyclists took twists and turns through Tulsa, Oklahoma's scenic areas, BitFire was ready to help stream the excitement for the viewers at home. The Saint Francis Tulsa Tough is a 3-day cycling event showcasing the city and riders of all skill levels. BitFire supported the live stream of the professional events, which were broadcasted live on Outside Watch.

BitFire had the exciting oppurtunity to work with Ross Production Services for the inagural season of 3ICE Hockey - a brand new way to do hockey that brings unlimited excitment to its fans. It consists of 3 on 3 skaters plus one goalie for each team. It's pure adrenaline and fun on ice. BitFire transmission is supporting the distribution of both the domestic and international broadcasts, which are airing on CBSSN, ESPN and TSN. If you're as big a lover of hockey as we are, then be sure to check it out!

We are so impressed with how team USSSA Florida Pride has played versus the Smash It Sports Vipers. BitFire supported nine USSSA Pride games this summer, providing transmission of multiple camera feeds from the game venues back to the USSSA control room in Florida where the game production was produced remotely. These women prove that softball is not for softies! Keep up with the teams and games here.

A seasoned veteran of the broadcast industry, Colin has been with BitFire from day one, and we are thrilled to announce his new role as Director of Technical Operations! With expertise in both production and engineering, his unique skill set and understanding of the production world helps ensure the success for all BitFire’s clients.

As broadcast technology continues to evolve, Colin can develop unique and creative solutions to support our clients’ most challenging production needs.
