BitFire Buzz

News from the team at BitFire Networks + BitFire Studios

Championships, esports and a little thing called the Super Bowl round out BitFire’s month. Oh and just a mention about our incredible partnership with Do Not Peek Entertainment in Yahoo Finance. All in a day’s work… Whew! And 2022 is just getting started!

BitFire at the Super Bowl

While almost the entire world was tuned in to Super Bowl 56, BitFire staff was working behind the scenes to bring the game to a global audience.

It’s not every day that we get to work with the best of the best in the sports and broadcasting world, but at the Super Bowl, that all changed.

Our team couldn’t be more grateful that in just our second year of operation, we continue working on some of the world’s largest stages.

What an honor (not to mention a blast!) that BitFire had the opportunity to work with 2Twelve Consulting and Holley Video on pre-game and game-time global packages.

The only thing that might have beat that excitement is perhaps meeting Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre in person, but the half-time show was spectacular from where we sat!

DNP Partnership

When you're part of a fast-paced, mind-blowing partnership...well, great things happen (and keep happening)! Since Day 1, we’ve been partnered with Do Not Peek Entertainment, a gaming and esports production company. That is pretty cool in itself, but now imagine the storytelling power and world-class production for the massive audience of esports and gaming. Yahoo Finance recently caught wind of our creative genius too.

PFL and MLR

We are thrilled to announce our agreements to bring Major League Rugby (MLR) and Professional Fighters League (PFL) to international audiences has been extended throughout 2022. As MLR’s fifth season kicked off on February 5, we once again are supporting the league’s broadcast transmissions across the globe.

With each PFL event taking place in one location and a large production team and talent located in other separate locations, a seamless and dynamic solution was required to broadcast these events.

Both heavy-hitting sports giants have renewed their agreement to use the network’s proprietary technology to execute its very complex productions to viewers around the world.

Did you know...

Speaking of esports… The #eMLS League Series 2 competition used the BitFire remote announcer kits for all four hosts and we provided the control room to package the show. It’s our second Major League Soccer event and we just love it.
